We offer a 15% referral fee on placement which for a full time role is >£500. Part time roles may be less than £500. Referral fees will be paid 90 days after a successful placement.
How Much Do Searches Cost?
To initiate your project, a £250 refundable deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded if the project is canceled, or it will be applied to the headhunter fee detailed below once your candidate(s) are found. Our headhunter fee is 35% of the estimated first year's full-time salary. For example, if a candidate is hired at £800 per month, their estimated annual salary would be £9,600. Our fee would then be 35% of this amount, equating to £3,360, paid as a one-time charge. There are no further fees owed for this hire.
Do You Provide a Guarantee?
We provide a 90-day guarantee for new hires. Should your new hire not meet expectations within the first two months, we will conduct a second recruitment round at no additional cost for the same position.
